Tired of losing Edge in a sea of similar-looking taskbar icons?

Edge's default icon is so similar to other apps that it disappears into your taskbar. When you need it fast, you can't find it. EdgeMask fixes that! Silently, in the background, without touching any system files.

What it does

EdgeMask runs in the system tray and automatically replaces the Edge icon on your taskbar with any icon you choose. It works whether Edge is pinned or just open, and keeps the icon updated even when you open new Edge windows.

How to use

1. Install and run EdgeMask
2. Right-click the tray icon and open Settings
3. Pick an icon from the included set, the Windows system icons, or browse for your own .ico file
4. Click Apply — Edge will update immediately

Notes

• EdgeMask does not modify any system files or Edge installation
• The icon change is visual only and resets if EdgeMask is closed
• Tested on Windows 11
